 We're culture of short attention and instant gratification. In order to have food, you will get it now, by driving with a MacDonald%u2019s or any of the junk food places.

You can have instant meal almost anywhere you decide to go. If you want to get any movie or songs, it is possible to go on ITunes or Netflix and still have it instantly on your personal computer or IPod. You don%u2019t want to wait to get it tomorrow. We wish it NOW.

It is necessary to train our minds to spotlight one thing.
